CLICK HERE TO GET YOUR TICKETS!

The Fan Museum is excited to bring a workshop focusing on the Art of Calligraphy to it’s Georgian-replica Orangery, hosted and led by Julie Zhou, and part of a wider pilot project run by UNESCO and Nottingham Trent University.

This intimate workshop will take participants through a cultural journey, to, ‘experience calmness, healing, and co-creation through the art of calligraphy’, and demonstrate traditional calligraphy on fans. All materials are provided, and access to the Museum and the current exhibition Monarchy: An Exhibition of Royal Fans is included!

Spaces are limited, and tickets are free!

This workshop would not be possible without funding from Nottingham Trent University and the collaborative support of UNESCO, who we thank with great appreciation. We further thank all help and support from the Project Lead, ZhisuLondon (ZSLondon) and the following supporting communities: Bonjour Girls, UK Chinese Women Connect, Being, and University of Liverpool Alumni Engagament.
