Local residents from Royal Greenwich and Lewisham Boroughs can visit us for FREE* on Saturday 16th December between 11am-5pm.
Free activities include:
  • Festive fan decorating for children
  • Short tours of our current exhibition Street Fans and permanent displays
  • Activity trails

We will also be offering limited discounted places on two fan making workshops. For further details and to book please click here.

The orangery will be open for afternoon teas throughout the day (walk-ins only).

*Local residents from the Royal Greenwich and Lewisham boroughs are required to present identification with their current address to receive free entry (e.g. driving licence, utility bill etc.)

Please note: The Fan Museum will be closed to the public on Saturday 2nd July, but will reopen as scheduled the following Wednesday 6th July.

Additionally, the Fan Museum is unable to accept any new guided tour or private event bookings for the entirety of September 2022. The Museum will, however, remain open to the public Wednesday-Saturday, 11h00-17h00.
