The Orangery is used solely for private event bookings, functions and celebrations within Museum operating hours, with bookings finishing no later than 17h00 on any given day (or 15h00 on Sundays). Please note the Orangery is not available on public holidays.
Our standard hire charges Monday-Saturday (working days) are as follows:
£165.00 per hour
£600.00 for a half day (4 hours)
£1,000.00 for a full day (8 hours)
For hires up to an hour and a half on working days, a flat fee of £150.00 is applicable
Specialised catering requests will incur additional costs (see more at the bottom of the page)
Any prospective bookings on a Sunday will be charged a premium rate of £325.00 per hour due to only a skeleton staff being in operation.
All listed prices are inclusive of VAT.
The below booking request form should be completed and submitted for any events looking to use the Orangery. A member of staff will be in contact after receiving the form to finalise the details of the proposed booking.
